PlayerUnknown’s Battleground Mobile Servers were taken offline from 00:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC on December 17th for update v0.10. The upcoming Vikendi Snow Map for PUBG Mobile was added in update 0.10 that was rolled out to stores on December 18th. The update is currently available for download, but you won’t yet get a chance to play the new PUBG map. The changes available now are the following: –
- Snowy theme to the main menu.
Spport for the Arabic language. - Rconcile servers.
- Players can now report suspicious behavior while watching after death.
- New Firearms Finish Upgrade System.
- New Season Spending Rewards.
The official update message from the developers said, “Vikendi, a 6km x 6km snow map, is coming in the new update! Availability will be announced at a later time, so be sure to keep an eye out!” This led to many questions that PUBG Mobile fans were trying to get an answer such as why is PUBG Mobile Snow Map Vikendi no longer playable even after being included in the December 18th update?
Since the Snow Map for PlayerUnknown Battleground Mobile was included in Update 0.10, it has confirmed that the map was not delayed due to any bugs or a performance issue. What I think, the reason why the map is not immediately available on PUBG Mobile could be that the developers were planning something or simply didn’t want to release the mobile snowmap with the launch of the PC.
Although I don’t think my last statement could be correct, going on to the first I think the plan is to release the map on December 20 or December 24-25 as a Christmas gift / event. Well what do you all think? Let us know in the comments below.
